Sealed proposals will be received by Coty Jones, Director of Physical Plant, University of Montevallo, Holland Floyd Physical Plant Conference Room, 75 College Drive, Station 6130, Montevallo, AL 35115 until 2:00 PM CST on September 5, 2024 for:

Phase V-Completion of Loop #3 - Conversion of Electrical Power Distribution System to 15KV

At which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 29, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST at the University of Montevallo Physical Plant Conference Room, Station 6130, L. Holland Floyd Physical Plant, Montevallo, AL 35115: for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering Bidder’s questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required for all Contract Bidders intending to submit a Proposal and highly recommended for all Subcontractors. Bids from Contractor Bidders who do no attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected.

This project consists of:

• The underground duct, installation of transformers, switches, and cabling for Phase IV completion of Loop #3.
