Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

1. Bid Date: November 21, 2023.

2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time.

3. Location: Conference Room, Alabaster Municipal Building, 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, Alabama.

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

An optional Pre-Bid Conference and site tour for all bidders will be held at the Alabaster Municipal Building on October 31st, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Prospective bidders are required to attend. To be eligible to bid the bidder must attend both the scheduled meeting and site tour.
