Sealed proposals for the construction of the above referenced project will be received by the City of Lincoln, AL on April 15, 2025 at 1 p.m. local time, in Lincoln City Hall (150 Magnolia Street, Lincoln, AL 35096), at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PRESENT AT A VIRTUAL MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 27, 2025 AT 1 P.M. WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BID..

Construction of a new 5-acre city park on Stemley Road, Lincoln, AL
All site grading & utilities (former agricultural land)
New park pavilion
Playground equipment
Walking track
Other recreational elements
Paving & curbs
Site drainage
All associated mechanical, plumbing, & electrical infrastructure
