• The original Ad for Bid indicates a $150 deposit check. That has changed and now contractors are responsible for the cost of physical reproductions. There will be an addendum issued with the new Ad for Bid clarifying this change.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Alabama Community College System at Wallace State Community College, Burrow Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 801 Main Street NW, Hanceville, AL 35077 until 10:00 a.m. CST Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025, for Wallace State Community College – Hanceville Campus, STEM Gateway Building & Automotive Technology Center at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 at 1:00 pm CST at Wallace State Community College, School of Nursing & Center for Science Building; lobby area. A walkthrough of the site will be conducted at the end of the meeting. The pre-bid conference is not mandatory but is encouraged.
