Sealed BIDS Kenilworth Dr and Ridge Rd Storm Sewer Improvements will be received by the City of Homewood until 4:30 p.m. on the 9th day of September 2024, at the office of City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209. Bids will be opened at 4:31 p.m. on the 9th day of September 2024, at the office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209.

Pre-Bid Conference (Optional): A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 10:00 am at 435 Hillwood Drive in Homewood, Alabama, 35209. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

This project consists of:

• Stormwater infrastructure (inlets, junction boxes, storm pipe, etc.) to be constructed beginning at Kenilworth, through a stormwater easement, and down Hillwood Drive

• Construction of the improvements will require curb & gutter, landscaping, tree/vegetation removal, and utility coordination

• Erosion control and traffic control
