Sealed bids will be received by the Colbert County Commission at 201 N. Main St., Tuscumbia, AL 35674 until Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 1:00 P.M., and then publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work required by the Colbert County Commission as described below:

Colbert County EMA Facility for Spring Creek

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. CST. Instructions for attending the virtual pre-bid conference are included in the contract specifications.

This project consists of:

• Installation of a new boathouse storage building and rail access on Spring Creek
